The Bioinformatics features of the Core LIMS allow data to be gathered, stored, and reported in a multivariate environment, providing enhanced analysis capabilities to end-users. The system gathers data from different sources, including genomics, proteomics, disease, drug, and other databases, in order to provide a unified platform for end users.
The Core LIMS aids labs in performing sequence analysis, including BLAST searching and integration. It supports bioanalytical, in-vitro, and analytical development study management. It automates data collection from microarrays, gene expression profiling, gel electrophoresis, high throughput screening and other labs.
