The data analysis features of the Core LIMS include a variety of functionality to support a number of industry standard assays. Analysts can view trends in their data in a wide array of reports generated by the system or by exporting it to 3rd party visualization tools. Curve-fitting and optimization, as well as NCA, are supported by the system to allow users to identify trends, and tag and exclude outlier data if desired. These functionalities extend to enable analysts to perform statistical QA/QC analysis and ensure that the laboratory is meeting regulatory and customer standards, as well as that their data is statistically significant.
