The Core LIMS can be interfaced with any laboratory’s data generating instrumentation. Custom file parsers and data loaders are included in the Core LIMS to allow users to store data as needed, and allow for integration with equipment purchased in the future without updates to the system.
Data collected in the Core LIMS is automatically reduced
based on end-users’ assay specific rules and criteria to increase efficiency.
NCA is available to allow end-user driven data validation for the exclusion
and tagging of outlier data.
