The HTS features of the Core LIMS allows for efficient capture and processing of plate based assay data. It facilitates automated
data collection from any data-generating instrument during assay processes.
It also turns raw data files into fully reduced data in a single process, and
allows for QA/QC of all reduced data with user driven
data validation. A unified data publishing system alerts scientists immediately
when results are available.
