Labs tracking quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) can more quickly manage projects, workflows and compliance with regulations by using the Core LIMS. The Core system allows for internal reference sample tracking over time and across containers. It associates each data point collected with the instrument and operator it was generated from, as well as the protocol(s) it is related to.
Data from the Core LIMS can be exported to Excel, Spotfire, JMP, Prism, etc. for graphing and analysis. Core Informatics can also create Java applets for internal customized graphing to meet a client�s specific needs. Data on graphs such as dose response curves can be selected to tag and ignore outliers using end-user driven data validation.
